    • Reason for return (include pictures if applicable)
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Products that are used, washed, or altered after delivery.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • To replace an item, initiate a return for the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Include pictures of the product and the packaging to help us resolve the issue promptly.

7. Replacement Policy

  • Eligibility: Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof Requirement:
    • Record a video while unboxing your order to document any damage or defects.
    • Submit photos of the damaged product and original packaging.
    • If no unboxing video is provided, we may be unable to verify the damage, and replacements may not be approved.

8. Products with Slight Variations

  • Color Matching for DTG Printing: Due to the nature of digital printing, slight variations in color may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

9. Unboxing Guidelines

  • Carefully unbox packages to avoid accidental damage with scissors or sharp objects.
  • Refunds or replacements may not be possible for damages caused during unboxing unless:
    • Unboxing videos are provided.
    • Photos of the courier packaging are sent to us.

10. Package Damage at Delivery

  • If the package appears damaged upon delivery, note the damage in the courier’s delivery remarks. This helps facilitate claims with the courier service.

11. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipment.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, initiate a return after delivery.

12. Shipping for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), we will arrange a free return pickup or refund your return shipping cost.
  • For other returns, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
